Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Bar and work mainly across Montenegro's south coast, including Bar, Dobra Voda, Sutomore, Utjeha, Čanj, Ulcinj and Velika Plaža. Petrovac and other coastal areas are possible by request.
Can I order a one-off check? Do I need a long-term contract?
Yes. A single inspection with a photo report from €50–80 is the most common way to start. No long-term commitment is needed.
Can you manage a property that isn't rented?
